Apples & More Apples & Apple Cider!
Over the next two months, dozens of varieties of apples will appear at the market. This week galas, Ozark golds, ruby jonathans, jonathans, and a few other types will be there. This is good news in itself, but it also means that the cider at the Ringhausen Orchard booth is becoming increasingly flavorful and complex as more apple varieties come into season. He mixes the in-season apples into unique weekly blends that are sweet, tart, tangy, and refreshing all at once. Come try this week's blend, and I recommend trying it each week as it changes.
Wine Tasting at the Market
